I come up each year for the Equinox Marathon & stay at the hotel because its convenient, good value, has friendly staff and I can make my own breakfast before the race. I stayed over for a meeting this time and was happy to do so at the hotel. & the flowers are beautiful!! - Sept. 2009 - R.Glenn

Sophie's was again perfect for my business travel needs. Clean, quiet with friendly, professional desk and service staff and a superb restaurant on the premises.  The kitchenette saves me valuable time and the room appointments match my needs very well.  Thank you for consistently offering the perfect answer to my business travel needs. Wonderful! Both times in Fairbanks and staying at Sophie's. Staff was very helpful telling us where things were, giving directions, etc. They even let us have a late checkout - we had been out Aurora viewing, and got in about 4 AM. We're coming again this summer. Thanks for everything. - June 2009

Fantastic stay. Your hotel was great. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone going to fairbanks. Your staff was very kind and professional. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that did not have a bathroom as spotless as yours was. the room was incredibly clean. the carpet appeared new. I was hesitant to stay here as it wasn't a well-known chain, but I had gotten recommendations on a web site and decided to take a chance. Thank you for a great stay.

Sophie Station was excellent, not only the nicest inside and out but also the best value. We stayed at four other places during our visit to Alaska and none compared. - July 2009

I stayed at your hotel while visiting my son before he deployed to Iraq with the 5-1 Cav based at Ft Wainwright. Your location is excellent, the rooms and amenities were awesome and I will be staying there again when he comes back from Iraq. We had a very good stay!!
