The Resort is located minutes from downtown Fairbanks and the University of Alaska, yet adjacent to miles of nature trails. Be sure to bring your binoculars to see some of Alaska's unique animals in the Wedgewood Wildlife Sanctuary.

Whether you are a car nut, history buff, fashion enthusiast, or simply enjoy pretty things, you won't want to miss the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum.The Museum features over 66 automobiles ranging from the late 1800s through the late 1930s, numerous vintage clothing displays, and a wealth of historic Alaskan photographs. Wedgewood Resort guests are eligible for a discounted admission.

Wedgewood Resort offers meeting and event facilities for up to 600 persons. With break out rooms, media equipment available, and full catering options, Wedgewood is a great place to host banquets, receptions, meetings, and seminars. A little bit of Wedgewood History

Wedgewood Resort was built in the late 1970's to accommodate the influx of people who came north to work on the Trans-Alaska Oil Pipeline (a piece can be found on the Wedgewood grounds). What was once a relaxing place for the pipeline's hard-working men and women is now a beautiful resort that caters to a different type of adventurer -- those who come to visit the Golden Heart City!
