Dining at our Golden Bear Restaurant is an experience to remember. From fresh, exciting salads to perfectly grilled burgers, house-made vegetarian options, and delicious steaks, seafood and pasta choices, we're a favorite restaurant among both visitors and Fairbanks locals.
 
Start your morning with our wonderful breakfast buffet or order up some of Chef Jameson's pancakes, a smoked salmon omelette or oatmeal. Lunch and dinner entrees have redefined the Alaskan spirit of fine food, highlighted by fresh, seasonal and tasteful ingredients found in the far north.
